Handwoven of 100% wool pile, Caleb's tone on tone colors are paired with subtle fringe to set the scene for a cozy and inviting space. Care Instructions
Clean spills immediately by blotting with a clean, white dry sponge or cloth. Professional cleaning recommended. Appropriate rug pad is highly recommended on all surfaces to prevent slipping, add cushion, and improve durability. Expect shedding. Vacuum regularly. If your vacuum has variable power settings, set on low. Vacuum full length of the rug, turn and repeat to the next area, rather than back and forth motion.
Refund policy
Holland House gladly accepts returns for unaltered product with tags attached (NO REFUNDS).
-Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date you received your shipment.
Credit will be issued in the form of a gift card for the price the items were purchased at.
-Original shipping cost will not be included in the credit.
-Credit for returns will be issued within 48-72 hours from the time we receive your return.
-Items that are final sale, smell of cigarette smoke, laundry detergent, or have visible wear from being worn will not be accepted. These items will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
-All returns are subject to denial or a 25% restocking fee if they do not meet our return policy.
-All sale items are FINAL SALE. No exceptions, no exchanges.
Due to our limited quantities, we are unable to offer exchanges. However, upon receiving your credit for your return you can repurchase the correct size/style if it is still available. Shipping is at the customers expense.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received damaged or defective merchandise you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your shipment. Please email a picture of the damaged/defective item to kerstyn@hollandhousedesign.com and you will hear back from customer service within 24 hours. Please include the order number in the subject line.
