Aiden automatically dials in the most important variables for brewing pour-over style coffee: to-the-degree temperature control, precise coffee-to-water ratios, and a built-in bloom cycle. Spend less time worrying about the details and more time drinking great coffee.

Aiden provides foolproof guidance with brewing presets developed by our in-house Q Graders. Choose light, medium, or dark roasts, cold brew and more. You don’t need to be a coffee expert to brew expert coffee.

Whether you’re brewing one cup or 10, Aiden delivers delicious coffee every time. We designed interchangeable single serve and batch brew baskets and a first-of-its-kind dual shower head for even water distribution across all volumes.

Adjust the settings and create and share brew profiles from your phone. Plus, you can conveniently schedule your brew in advance. Make a single serving for yourself from bed or a full 10-cup batch from the middle of a party.

Refund policy

Holland House gladly accepts returns for unaltered product with tags attached (NO REFUNDS).

-Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date you received your shipment.

Credit will be issued in the form of a gift card for the price the items were purchased at.

-Original shipping cost will not be included in the credit.

-Credit for returns will be issued within 48-72 hours from the time we receive your return.

-Items that are final sale, smell of cigarette smoke, laundry detergent, or have visible wear from being worn will not be accepted. These items will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

-All returns are subject to denial or a 25% restocking fee if they do not meet our return policy.

-All sale items are FINAL SALE. No exceptions, no exchanges.

Due to our limited quantities, we are unable to offer exchanges. However, upon receiving your credit for your return you can repurchase the correct size/style if it is still available. Shipping is at the customers expense.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received damaged or defective merchandise you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your shipment. Please email a picture of the damaged/defective item to kerstyn@hollandhousedesign.com and you will hear back from customer service within 24 hours.
