Refund policy
Holland House gladly accepts returns for unwashed, unworn, unaltered product with tags attached (NO REFUNDS).
-Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date you received your shipment.
Credit will be issued in the form of a gift card for the price the items were purchased at.
-Original shipping cost will not be included in the credit.
-Credit for returns will be issued within 48-72 hours from the time we receive your return.
-Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. Please return shoes in another box or shipping bag to avoid shoe box damage. Do not tape on the original shoe box. $5 will be deducted for box damage.
-Items that are final sale, smell of cigarette smoke, laundry detergent, or have visible wear from being worn will not be accepted. These items will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
-All returns are subject to denial or a $5 restocking fee if they do not meet our return policy.
-All sale items, headwear, earrings, camisoles, leggings and bralettes are FINAL SALE. No exceptions, no exchanges.
Due to our limited quantities, we are unable to offer exchanges. However, upon receiving your credit for your return you can repurchase the correct size/style if it is still available. Shipping is at the customers expense.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received damaged or defective merchandise you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your shipment. Please email a picture of the damaged/defective item to bekah@hollandhousedesign.com and you will hear back from customer service within 24 hours. Please include the order number in the subject line.
